Naming Opportunities

Donors may make a special gift to name a space in one of the major facilities projects. Read below for descriptions and contact information.

Bolger House
Bolger House, a new admission building, is made possible through a $2.75 million gift from David F. Bolger ’50. Remaining naming opportunities range from $10,000 to $250,000.

Rhodes Arts Center
Rhodes Arts Center The spectacular Rhodes Arts Center, which will open its doors to students in September 2008, will bring students and teachers, artists and audiences together, further strengthening our community and enhancing the educational experience for all. NMH received a lead gift of $5 million for the new arts facility from William R. Rhodes ’53, chairman emeritus of the NMH Board of Trustees. Several spaces, including studios, classrooms, and a few large venues, are available and range from $50,000 to $3 million.

Take a seat in one of the performance venues Members of the NMH community are invited to name a seat in one of the Rhodes Arts Center performance venues: $3,000 for a seat in the 250-seat Raymond Hall or the 225-seat end-stage-theater; $1,500 for portable seating in Heffernon Hall (choral rehearsal) or the dance studio theater.

Raymond Hall In recognition of NMH’s historically rich music program and tradition of excellent teaching, the new concert hall is named in honor of former music teacher and choral director Albert R. Raymond and his wife, Virginia B. Raymond, who taught Latin and voice at NMH. Donors may honor the Raymonds by making a gift of any size to the Raymond Hall fund.

Carillon Project Members of the class of 1958, who have already raised $250,000, challenge donors to help them raise the $500,000 necessary to modernize the carillon, formerly housed in Sage Chapel on the Northfield campus for more than half a century, and its move to the specially designed bell tower in the Rhodes Arts Center.
